Hello!

Hi! My name is Shannon. I'm new to Blogging. What is Blogging exactly? LOL!

I am a California girl, Los Angeles county to be exact. I grew up in and around the Redondo Beach area all of my life. I absolutely LOVE this area! But it's time for a change of scenery ... and for this Cali girl to head off to Boston! Crazy, right?! I still can't believe that I will be living in Boston. I can't wait! For those who have been there, you know it's a cool city. And for those of you who haven't, hopefully this Blog will make you want to go!

I am going to use this to document my journey. My journal of my journey, if you will. :)

As I look down and see empty boxes and bubble wrap on my bedroom floor, I realize that this journey is just beginning!

I will take any and all advice about:
- Moving across the country.
- Travelling by plane w/ kitties.
- How to get rid of stuff that I think I need, but really don't.
- How to control mental breakdowns of the idea of leaving everything I know behind ...
etc., etc. ...
